Job summary

Burger King in Rainbow City, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee a team during each shift and drive exceptional guest service. You’ll lead Team Members, ensure fast, accurate service and uphold cash controls and safety procedures.

This role offers leadership training, mentorship from senior staff, and a direct path to advancement into assistant and general manager roles. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed.
