Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills, leading by example and staying calm in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and involve the right stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
