**Compensation:** $14.50 per hour plus tips.

**Summary:**

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, reflecting our commitment to employee growth and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positive shift environment
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods
• Partner with General Manager to engage the community

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
