Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all Church's menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Assign and oversee team member activities during shifts.
• Assist team members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per the Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage, including rotation and icing.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance of team members for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience)

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• ServSafe food safety certification recommended.

Position Qualifications/Functional Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, Bank deposits, Cash and Inventory worksheets, ensuring accuracy.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into the POS system.
• Perform nightly POS system closeout procedures.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures, including cash counts, drawer management, POS deletions, over-rings, voids, large bill drops, and cash levels.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle during shifts, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
