Job Summary
To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring Team Members receive proper coaching, training, and development to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
- Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
- Assign and oversee activities of Team Members.
- Assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
- Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
- Ensure on-time attendance by all employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
- ServSafe® food safety training recommended.
Qualifications and Skills
- Complete Weekly Sales Reports, bank deposits, inventory, and payroll entries accurately.
- Ensure proper POS system operation and nightly closing procedures.
- Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
- Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
