Compensation: $16.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary: As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse preferences, from veggie lovers to culinary experimenters. Together, we’re creating a space where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, demonstrating MOD values and a service-oriented mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers and staff
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
• Must be at least 18 years old
