Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an operating supervisor to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will take ownership and guide others, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
