Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. As an {{position_name}}, you will take ownership, solve problems with a smile, and guide Team Members to meet goals and maintain quality.

You will manage inventory, ensure financial accountability, and help keep a safe environment for employees and customers while delivering safe, tasty food on time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.
• Ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
