A popular fast-casual dining chain is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee team operations and ensure excellent guest service. Responsibilities include executing restaurant operational procedures, maintaining cleanliness, training staff, and monitoring performance metrics. Candidates should have at least 6 months of restaurant experience and possess communication skills in English. The position offers a pay range of $16.70 to $18.70 per hour and requires weekend availability. Full benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish comprehension is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Execute restaurant operations following standard procedures.
• Maintain brand image and ensure cleanliness and service quality.
• Support General Manager in training internal candidates.
