A prominent restaurant chain is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with service standards. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, training staff, and enhancing guest experiences. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of restaurant experience. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience required.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes and potentially ServSafe certified.

Responsabilités

• Execute restaurant operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and excellent service.
• Support internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
