Qualifications

18+ years old or older is required.
2+ years restaurant or food service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead by example during each shift to deliver outstanding guest service.
Supervise, coach, and support team members including Cashiers and Cooks.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and company compliance.
Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Assist with cash handling, transactions, and shift reporting.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and goal achievement.
Ensure a safe and positive environment for both guests and team members.
