Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our on-site kitchen and dining area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficient service. You will guide staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily operations.

You’ll drive sales through effective ordering, inventory control, and high-quality food prep, while coaching the team and maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards. This role offers growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with routine computer tasks and data entry.
• Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and dining area.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and food prep areas and proper equipment upkeep.
