Job summary

Sapp Bros, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, model excellent guest service, and guide a motivated team in a fast-paced travel center.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, coach cashiers and cooks, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, handle guest concerns, and help with cash handling and shift reporting while fostering a positive work environment. This role offers growth into management and a culture focused on blessing and serving others,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Able to coach and supervise front-line staff.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Restaurant Shift Lead to support daily operations and help lead a high-performing team in a fast‑paced travel center environment. Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum age: 18 years or older


• 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience preferred, ideally in a leadership role


• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills


• Guest‑focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude


• Ability to lead and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
