Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties and ensuring top customer service. You will supervise crew and trainers, enforce food safety, and assist in scheduling and training initiatives.

The role requires managing cash, coordinating with the management team, and maintaining a safe, efficient dining room environment. ServSafe certification is required by the end of training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager, set up cash registers and verify cash at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening/closing or rush periods.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention and performance.
• Coordinate shift tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
