Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to assist daily restaurant operations and direct shifts when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable, while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.

The role involves supervising both FOH and BOH, managing labor, addressing guest feedback, and coaching staff in procedures. Open/close duties apply in management's absence, with emphasis on cash handling and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervise shifts and ensure standards of service and cleanliness.
• Handle guest comments and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Assist in training team members and enforce procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a positive experience and atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to support guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints as needed.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain company standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards across the team.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
