Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will supervise shifts in the absence of senior management while upholding food quality, service standards, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.

You will directly address team member issues and guest feedback, train new hires, ensure proper cash handling, and assist in opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Supervise and support shift staff on daily operations.
• Deliver strong guest service and handle complaints.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
