• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective action.
• Greet guests, serve food and beverages, and take reservations when applicable.
• Inspect restaurant daily for quality and presentation and cleanliness.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and inform staff of daily events.
• Review daily specials and ensure side work duties are completed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues according to guidelines.
