Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic maths.
• Ability to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling and alcohol laws; fluent in local language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, recommend food and drinks to tailor experiences.
• Maintain service standards and keep operations on track.
• Own the dining area by managing supplies and equipment, minimizing waste.
• Report unsafe equipment or low supplies to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet local health regulations.
• Assist with washing up and lighter kitchen duties as needed.
• Address guest queries and offer advice to improve their experience.
• Wear the uniform with pride and uphold brand standards.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as the team requires.
