Responsibilities include cash handling, daily quality checks, briefings, maintenance of reservations, and cross-department coordination. Nights/weekends may be required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year food service experience in a full service restaurant or similar setting.
• Some college or supervisory experience preferred.
• This job requires the ability to perform physical tasks listed in the qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies.
• Inspect restaurant daily for quality, food presentation, and cleanliness.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and review daily specials.
• Ensure side work duties are completed and tables are set.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• May greet guests, serve food and beverages, take reservations, and maintain reservations book.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
