Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years housekeeping experience, with some supervisory training.
• Must speak fluent English and be able to perform physical tasks described in the role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign room attendants to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and issue disciplinary actions per policy.
• Ensure staff are trained and have the tools needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repair; retrain as needed.
• Inspect storage rooms and carts for neatness and supplies.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action.
• Control expenses and minimize waste within housekeeping.
• Complete paperwork and update log books and requisitions.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• May perform housekeeping duties including making beds and vacuuming.
• Log lost and found items according to procedures.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects.
• May assist with other duties as assigned.
