Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly functioning; lead by example.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with staffing and coordination to ensure service levels.
• Develop future Service Leaders and contribute to a positive workplace.
