Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Allen, TX is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality food experience and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean, supervise service, and step in when busy to keep guest satisfaction high.

You will train team members, manage breaks and schedules, and help with daily admin tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department standards.
• Experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew performance, scheduling, and breaks.
• Assist with training and developing front-of-house staff.
• Support office/admin duties such as banking and paperwork when needed.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
