• Greet, seat, and serve guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards and all related payments.
• Maintain facility and equipment safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
• Train team members during shifts for proper performance.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to standards.
• Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty about product, safety or service needs.
• Manage change funds, cash register, and guest checks to support sales and profits.
