You will greet and seat guests, handle complaints, supervise cash handling, and oversee safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. The role requires leadership during peak times and effective communication with the team and managers.

Qualifications

• Sanitation, safety, and customer service training provided in-house.
• Able to handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and guest checks.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests appropriately.
• Resolve guest complaints satisfactorily.
• Manage cash register and payment processing.
• Ensure facility and equipment safety, sanitation, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor food temperatures to uphold quality standards.
• Train staff during shifts to ensure productive performance.
• Confirm menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Proactively identify and fix operational issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding issues and needs.
• Maintain change fund and guest check control to protect sales and costs.
