Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role requires keeping the restaurant crew well trained, maintaining a clean line, and supporting staff with tasks when not busy.

You will be on your feet during shifts, participate in daily safety checks, and help resolve customer incidents while coordinating breaks and shift changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety procedures and glove changes, monitor time/temperature on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with office tasks and ensure office supplies are ordered.
