Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and provide menus.
• Take orders and input into the restaurant system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Know the menu, ingredients, and specials; offer recommendations.
• Upsell appetizers, sides, desserts, and drinks.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and reset for new guests.
• Engage guests professionally, address concerns, ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments, including credit cards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers for smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with special events, parties, and catering when needed.
