Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and upsell to enhance the guest experience.

Maintain seating areas, handle payments, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. This role requires excellent customer service, knowledge of the menu, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or related experience required.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Friendly guest service and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to follow proper ordering, food handling techniques, and state local serving guidelines.
• Accurate cash handling and payment processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and assist with seating.
• Take orders and input accurately into the ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Know the menu, suggest upsells, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain clean tables, reset for next guests, and handle checkouts.
• Process payments and return receipts promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene in dining areas.
• Assist with special events and catering functions as needed.
