Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience through courteous, efficient service. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, upsell, and ensure all guest needs are met in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include accurately processing payments, maintaining table settings, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Excellent guest interactions and knowledge of the menu are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly guest service and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of proper ordering and food handling techniques in line with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take orders accurately, input into the POS, and note special instructions.
• Serve food and beverages, ensure correct presentation and order accuracy.
• Know the menu, offer recommendations, and upsell items.
• Maintain tables, clear dishes, and reset for new guests.
• Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions.
