Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school education or related experience is required.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take orders accurately and input into the ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and specials.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Keep tables clean and reset for next guests; manage table settings and condiments.
• Interact with guests to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments accurately; handle cash and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers for smooth service flow.
• Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards and participate in special events and catering as needed.
