Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide restaurant customers through the full B2B SaaS onboarding journey, from kickoff to go-live, handling account setup, configuration, testing, and clear customer communication. This role requires coordinating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering and managing multiple onboardings with scalable playbooks.

You will monitor onboarding performance and drive process improvements while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding or implementation.
• Experience coordinating multiple onboarding projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and test accounts with restaurant-specific info.
• Guide restaurant staff with clear communication across channels.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and POS/integration connections.
• Track progress across multiple onboardings and ensure schedules.
• Develop and improve onboarding playbooks and templates.
• Coordinate with Sales and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-go-live and activation.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose process improvements.
