Prismhr Hire in Utah is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation and purchasing of ingredients and supplies for our restaurant. You will build supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for sustainable, health-focused food sourcing. You will collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen staff to align procurement with menu plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven procurement experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations & sustainability practices.
• Proficiency with procurement software & MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Identify needs with Head Chef and kitchen staff based on menu plans and demand.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and cost.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure best pricing and delivery.
• Place orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery; resolve issues.
• Inspect received products to ensure quality and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sustainability goals.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier performance reports.
