A growing restaurant supply company is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage day-to-day procurement for its restaurant supply chain. This role involves sourcing, vendor communication, and pricing negotiations to ensure product quality and supply continuity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, advanced Excel skills, and at least 3 years of procurement experience. Qualifications

• Ability to work cross functionally with all business departments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• 3 years of procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for non-protein-based food items.
• Direct experience sourcing a broad range of food categories.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing projects with the Director of Procurement.
• Engage with the Supply Chain Brand Support Team.
• Act as a liaison with the Culinary Team for new product development.
• Ensure supply continuity from vendors.
• Accurately forecast production plans.
• Budget annually for items purchased.
• Track financial performance of managed items.
• Support Supply Chain teams as required.
