Job summary

Team Housing Solutions is seeking a Food & Beverage Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, demand planning, supplier relationships, and inventory control for dining operations. You will drive cost management, ensure supply availability, and support surge deployments and rapid project changes.

The role collaborates with the Executive Chef, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and leadership to align purchasing with budgets and business goals.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
• Two years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with inventory forecasting, par levels, and replenishment planning.
• Experience working with suppliers, procurement systems, and inventory tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and demand-planning for food, beverages, and dining supplies.
• Develop and monitor inventory par levels and replenishment plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate quotations, lead times, and costs.
• Oversee procurement activities ensuring compliance with budgets and procedures.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and leadership to align procurement with needs.
• Support mobilizations, emergency missions, and rapid expansion.
