Job summary

Red's All Natural LLC is seeking a Sr. Buyer to own sourcing for assigned raw materials and ingredients used in our products.

You will develop category strategies, lead competitive sourcing and negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply at competitive cost. You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, R&D and Quality to evaluate opportunities, manage risk and support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sourcing, Procurement or Category Management in manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing raw materials and ingredients for products.
• Proven ability to lead RFQs and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytics for market analysis, cost forecasting and opportunities.
• Experience with supplier risk management and alternate sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and category strategy for assigned raw-material and ingredient categories.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations and negotiations including terms.
• Develop cost models and market analyses to evaluate proposals.
• Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation and alternate-sourcing plans.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, R&D and QA on initiatives.
