Job summary

Clover is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Tomball, TX field team. This hunter role focuses on Building relationships with restaurant owners, demonstrating Clover POS and online ordering capabilities, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

You will travel regionally to conduct on-site demos and installations while supporting Clover’s growth. You must be able to work weekends (Saturday 7a–4p; Sunday 8a–4p) with two weekdays off, and be comfortable in a quota-driven,

Qualifications

• Requires a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales background.
• Experience cold-calling and generating own leads.
• Willingness to travel within Tomball, TX area and surrounding restaurants.
• Current U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Hunter and field-based sales role targeting Restaurant Depot locations.
• Engage with business owners and restauranteurs in person to identify needs and present Clover solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-person appointments at client sites to demonstrate Clover features and drive revenue.
• Educate prospects on Clover POS systems and online ordering to convert leads into customers.
• Install Clover systems and provide hands-on training for smooth adoption.
• Uphold Fiserv values and maintain ethical standards in all client interactions.
