Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support daily food and beverage operations and coordinate events. You will help run meals smoothly, adjust staffing for occupancy, and supervise supervisors and staff while supporting training programs.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service through effective scheduling, coaching, and teamwork. A background in hospitality and strong communication are essential for success at our resort.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficient with MS Word and Excel; experience with hospitality software is a plus.
• Two years of experience in the food and beverage industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily F&B outlet operations and coordinate special events.
• Adjust staffing levels to occupancy and ensure smooth meal periods.
• Oversee supervisory staff, trainers and hourly associates; support training programs.
• Schedule employees, hire, coach and mentor to achieve guest service excellence.
