Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Horseshoe Bay, TX seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee full-service outlet operations, events, and staff coordination. You’ll optimize scheduling and staffing, coach supervisors and hourly associates, and drive guest satisfaction while controlling payroll costs.

This role requires leadership, communication, and a hospitality mindset to run the outlet as a standalone entity.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in hospitality is valued.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to schedule employees and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage hotel outlets with Restaurant Manager and other departments.
• Plan outlet operations, events, and group accommodations.
• Manage work schedules, training, hiring, and coaching associates.
• Lead the team toward exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
• Demonstrate associate engagement and run the outlet as a standalone entity.
