Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the full-service food and beverage outlet at Horseshoe Bay Resort. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, coordinate events, manage staffing and deliveries, and strive for exceptional guest service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills; basic level of computer knowledge; proficient with Word/Excel; experience with Agilysys preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full-service F&B outlet daily in coordination with the Restaurant Manager and other departments.
• Coordinate staffing levels to occupancy changes and events.
• Lead and coach the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee staff training programs and coaching initiatives.
• Plan and manage group accommodations, events, and supplies.
