Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations and support events at Horseshoe Bay. You will supervise the team, adjust staffing to occupancy, and partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver consistent service.

The role requires two years in F&B, strong communication, and basic computer skills; Agilysys experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with perks and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills; basic computer knowledge; proficient with Word/Excel.
• Experience with Agilysys preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily full-service outlet and coordinating events.
• Adjust staffing to occupancy and oversee scheduling, training, and coaching of staff.
• Lead and coach supervisory staff and hourly associates; support training programs.
• Drive exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
