Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead J’s Restaurant and related outlets. You will ensure seamless service across all meal periods, optimize labor, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver Genuine Texas Hospitality.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and inventory while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and other resort departments to create an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the Food & Beverage industry or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in a resort or high-volume setting preferred.
• Valid food-handling certifications (TABC and Food Handler) required; ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for J’s Restaurant, Lounge, Poolside service, and In-Room Dining.
• Lead short- and long-term plans for outlet operations including inventory, ordering, and events.
• Monitor staffing levels in real-time and optimize labor productivity.
