Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with daily operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service, great food, prompt delivery, and a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated team player to lead and support staff, collaborate with the District Manager, and uphold operational standards in a fast-paced setting; training and development will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
