Ayvaz Pizza, a franchise of Pizza Hut, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, efficient service with high food quality in a clean, inviting environment. The role partners with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate will lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support management objectives while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
