Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You will work with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting, flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
