Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team, leading a fast-paced crew to maintain standards and procedures, while promoting a fun, family atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Must have required state and federal documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview and train new team members.
• Coach, develop, and manage staff relationships; ensure food safety.
