Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and promote friendly, personalized service with great food. You will work with the District Manager to uphold standards, train staff, and lead a fast-paced team in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated, results-driven individual who can manage shifts, assist with scheduling, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences on a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Create and manage staff schedules and training.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Support with interviewing, hiring and coaching staff.
• Maintain financial controls and guest satisfaction.
