Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories
• Manage entire restaurant operations, including daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling and planning, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Interview, hire, and train hourly candidates
• Conduct and facilitate orientation and training for new hourly employees
• Provide feedback to facilitate development and enhance operation
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (Daily Sales, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor Controls, etc.)
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment and protect assets
• Ensure security procedures for storeroom, freezer and office
