Responsibilities

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories.
• Manage entire restaurant operations, including daily decision making, staffing, scheduling, and sanitation.
• Interview, hire, and train hourly candidates.
• Conduct orientation and training for new hourly employees.
• Provide feedback to facilitate development and enhance operations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and ensure control of company assets.
• Ensure a safe guest and employee environment and security of assets.
