Qualifications

• 2–5 years restaurant management experience
• Hands-on leadership style
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting company goals in all profit and loss categories
• Oversee restaurant operations, daily decisions, staffing, guest interaction, scheduling, cleanliness
• Interview, hire, and train hourly staff
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees
• Provide feedback to staff for development and operation improvement
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (e.g., Daily Sales, Daily Cash Interims, Labor controls)
• Maintain safe working and guest environment and protect assets
