Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Run operations to deliver a high‑quality guest experience at every Sonny’s location.
• Assist in hiring, training and evaluating hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe, professional, engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Provide clear benchmarks and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Monitor hourly staff performance and address needs daily.
• Respond to immediate store needs and communicate plans to GM.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Work flexibility to 45–50 hours per week.
