Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. operates Sonny’s BBQ in Baton Rouge, LA, seeking a capable manager to drive daily operations and guest experiences.

You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews for hourly staff while maintaining a safe, engaging dining environment and ensuring consistent service quality. Expect a workload of 45–50 hours weekly with a strong focus on leadership, action planning, and exception service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members in store.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff and address concerns daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Oversee hourly performance with follow-up, plans, and goals.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Execute store policies and programs and maintain Sonny's culture.
• Work at least 45 hours per week; may reach 50 during peak seasons.
